A very pleasant experience. On a par with 5 star hotels worldwide. I will stay in this hotel again when I return to Lahore and I will recommend it to colleagues visiting Pakistan. The highlight was the friendly staff and their attention to every detail. They are clearly well trained in customer service and show an interest in visitors and seem to take pleasure in serving them.
